Metro Railway will increase its weekend services, including those to and from Noapara, from July. The weekday services will, however, remain the same for now, though more trains will run to and from Noapara than they do currently.

On Saturdays, Metro will run 236 services instead of the current 224 and of them, 81 will be to and from Noapara. The last train for Noapara on Saturdays will also start later—at 9.29 pm instead of 8.50 pm—from Kavi Subhash than it does now.

Sunday services will start from 9am, instead of the present 9.50am. The number of trains during the day will also go up to 124 from 110. Of them, 61 will run to and from Noapara instead of 52. The last train to Noapara will also start from Kavi Subhash at 9.29 pm. On weekdays, Noapara services will also go up to 107 from the present 104. On weekdays, the last Noapara-bound train will start from Kavi Subhash at 9.25pm.

Metro Railway also plans to resume 300 services on weekdays as soon as it has sufficient rakes.
