SECURITY AT GHATS: Calcutta police have identified 100 ghats and water bodies where Chhath Puja can be performed. Special arrangements have been made at the ghats for pilgrims between noon and 10pm on Saturday and 3am and noon on Sunday.
Worshippers are expected to head towards these water bodies from Saturday morning.
