It was a busy Sunday for a group of young artists. They gathered at a recently renovated heritage building, Mullickbari (right next to Marble Palace at Muktaram Street),with their sketching pads and charcoals to draw the majestic architecture.
“It is also infused with their imaginations. This heritage building is renovated as part of a CSR initiative. It is a heritage conservation project. The artists have come here to effectively graduate the subject from just a photography opportunity to something that is completely creative,” said Mudar Pathreya— who inducted the artists to the site.
